Grandfathers For Golf held the first annual Volunteers Tournament on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at the Golden Era Golf Course in San Jacinto. Winners of the four-man scramble format were from left: Jim Crandall (Grandfathers Board Secretary), Tony Viola (Vice President), and volunteers Bob Wadlow and Gene Slocum. President Ernie Kercmar (right) presented the Presidents Trophy, which will be inscribed with the golfers names. The foursome shot a 16 under par 56 that includes 3 pars, 14 birdies and an eagle on the last hole.

Grandfathers For Golf Board Member and Volunteer Ted Whitmore passed away recently. Ted’s service will be held on April 13, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. at Arlington Mortuary, 9645 Magnolia Ave., Riverside, Ca. 92503.
